By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure that both parties understand and agree upon this arrangement, establishing clear expectations for our service.

We store our stock in multiple warehouses worldwide. Some of our new products are not available in our main warehouse in the UK and may need to be pre-ordered, which can result in longer shipping times.

Once payment is received and validated, orders will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive an email with the details of your order and shipment, including the tracking number. If there are any delays or issues with shipping, we will notify you promptly.

Holiday Season Delivery
During seasonal sales, we experience a higher volume of orders. We kindly ask for additional processing time before dispatching orders from our warehouse. While we aim to expedite all orders, we appreciate your patience during these peak times.

3. Customs Fees

We cannot provide specific amounts, as customs fees vary by country based on local regulations. Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing or extreme weather conditions. The customer is responsible for providing any necessary information for customs clearance.

4. Shipping Address

Please verify your mailing address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible if your order is not received due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. Missing Packages and Other Issues

If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us at shop@bymai.ae. Once an order is shipped, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. MAI ALNAJJAR BOUTIQUE L L C S P C is not liable for packages once they have been scanned and delivered by our logistics partners.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue and arrange a replacement. If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we will follow up by sending a replacement.

6. Returns and Refunds

MAI ALNAJJAR BOUTIQUE L L C S P C accepts returns if a return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If a return is denied, it will be sent back to you without a refund.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and returns should be arranged through our Return Portal. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process a refund or issue store credit for future purchases. We will notify you via email once the return process is complete. Return shipping fees will only be covered by us if the product is defective or damaged, in which case a refund or exchange will also be provided.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of placing an order. After this time frame, our system processes the order with our warehouses, which are in different time zones, making changes impossible. If you wish to proceed with a return, please refer to the return policy above.
